Big Print Moments provides branding, graphic design, and printing services, including but not limited to vehicle branding, signage, apparel printing, promotional items, and related creative services.

Orders & Quotations

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the client. Final pricing may change if project scope, materials, or specifications are modified after the quotation is issued.

Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the project and before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before production. Once approval is given, Big Print Moments will not be liable for errors, omissions, or changes requested after production has started.

Client-Supplied Materials

Clients confirm that they own or have permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, or content supplied to us. Big Print Moments is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements arising from client-provided materials.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times provided are estimates and may vary due to workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of branding and printing services, refunds are generally not provided once production has begun. Cancellations may incur costs based on work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

Big Print Moments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all original designs created by Big Print Moments remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients receive the rights to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may harm the site, its content, or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
